We ship from two production hubs — Changzhou, China and Rayong, Thailand. Which facility handles your order depends on where your containers are headed and what origin gives you the best landed cost.
Ships via Shanghai Port
Our primary route for North America and Europe. Changzhou connects directly to Shanghai port, one of the world's highest-throughput container hubs.
Ships via Laem Chabang Port
Laem Chabang cuts transit to Southeast Asian, Oceanian, and Middle Eastern destinations by a week or more compared to routing through Shanghai. Your freight quote reflects the shorter distance.
If your market applies anti-dumping duties on Chinese-origin vinyl flooring, we produce the same product — same formulation, same calender process, same QC protocols — from our Thailand facility under a different country of origin. Your product is identical; your import duty situation changes entirely.
We set up the Rayong plant specifically because several of our North American and Australian buyers were losing margin to tariff exposure on China-origin SPC.
When you place an order, we confirm which facility ships it based on your destination, current production schedules, and any origin-of-goods requirements you specify. You don't need to manage the routing — just tell us where it's going and whether origin matters for your customs clearance.
Standard production lead time is 20–30 days from order confirmation, depending on order size and whether your SKUs require custom décor films or packaging. For orders using our existing collections with standard packaging, we typically hit the shorter end of that range.
Material preparation and line scheduling.
Standard container-volume order. One 20' container holds roughly 1,200–1,400 sqm of SPC flooring depending on thickness and packing configuration.
100% visual inspection, AQL sampling, and final packing.
From production completion to container departure.
Custom décor, EIR texture, private-label cartons
Full OEM orders with custom décor selection, EIR texture matching, and private-label cartons add time for pre-production sampling and approval. Factor this into your project timeline when specifying custom SKUs.
8 calender lines, 12M sqm annual capacity
We run 8 calender lines across both facilities with 12 million sqm of annual capacity, so your order doesn't sit in a queue waiting for line time. If you're running a time-sensitive project and need to lock in a delivery window, we can confirm production slot availability before you place the order.
The question buyers actually care about isn't "what's your lead time" — it's "can you hit my delivery date." Those are different questions, and we answer the second one. Tell us your required delivery window and we'll confirm whether we can meet it before you commit to the order.
SPC flooring is heavy — a 20' container of 4mm SPC weighs around 18–20 metric tons, and you're working within the container's weight limit before you fill the volume. We optimize packing configuration to maximize your square meters per container, which directly affects your freight cost per square meter.
Planks packed in cartons, typically 8–12 planks per carton depending on plank dimensions.
Cartons palletized or floor-loaded based on your warehouse receiving setup.
Configured to your racking system — standard 1200×800mm Euro pallets or 1200×1000mm depending on destination.
Stretch wrap and corner protectors on every pallet; moisture barrier film for shipments to humid-climate destinations.
Retail-ready cartons with UPC barcodes and English-language care instructions. Cartons go from our container directly to your warehouse shelves or your customer's job site — no repackaging required.
CE-marked cartons with multilingual inserts. Carton graphics, dimensions, and labeling adjusted per your specs on OEM orders.
A detail that matters more than people expect: carton stacking strength. SPC cartons are heavy, and if the corrugated board spec is too light, the bottom cartons in a pallet stack crush during transit. We use minimum 5-ply corrugated with edge-crush test ratings matched to the pallet stack height. It adds a small cost per carton, but it eliminates the damaged-goods claims that eat into your margin on arrival.
We ship under standard international trade terms. Most of our buyers work on FOB or CIF basis. Choose the structure that fits your logistics setup and cash flow cycle.
Shanghai or Laem Chabang
We handle everything through container loading at the port. You arrange ocean freight and import clearance. This gives you control over your freight forwarder and shipping line selection.
Buyers with established freight relationships who want full control over shipping costs.
Your Destination Port
We arrange ocean freight to your named port. You handle import clearance and inland delivery. Useful if you prefer a single landed-cost quote from us.
Buyers who want a single all-in cost figure for budgeting and margin calculation.
Ex-Works (Factory)
Available if you want to arrange pickup directly from our factory. Less common, but some buyers with established China/Thailand logistics prefer it.
Buyers with in-country logistics partners who manage their own China or Thailand freight operations.
We provide full export documentation with every shipment. You don't need to chase paperwork after the container lands.
On order confirmation
Against copy of bill of lading
For buyers who need Letter of Credit terms, we work with L/C at sight through major international banks.
We're flexible on payment structure for long-term accounts. Talk to us about what works for your cash flow cycle — we can work with you on terms that fit your business model.
We've shipped to 30+ countries, and we've learned that packaging isn't one-size-fits-all. Climate, port handling practices, and warehouse conditions at the destination all affect how your product arrives.
Middle East · Southeast Asia · Tropical Regions
Extra moisture barrier wrapping on every pallet, plus desiccant packs inside cartons. SPC core is waterproof, but the décor film edges and carton integrity can suffer in prolonged high-humidity storage.
Why we added this: A buyer in Dubai reported edge swelling on cartons stored in a non-climate-controlled warehouse. This is now standard practice for all Gulf shipments.
Northern Europe · Canada
SPC becomes slightly more rigid in cold temperatures, which can affect click-lock engagement during installation. We include handling notes in the carton inserts recommending 48-hour acclimatization at room temperature before installation.
Practical benefit: This reduces your after-sales calls from installers who try to click cold planks and blame the product.
Transshipment Ports · Multi-Modal Transport
Reinforced pallet wrapping and additional corner protection. Containers that transit through busy transshipment hubs like Singapore or Colombo get handled more aggressively.
Our approach: We pack accordingly — reinforced wrapping and corner protection are applied as standard for multi-modal and transshipment routes.
Your account manager confirms the packaging specification during order processing based on your destination. If you have specific packaging requirements — retailer-mandated carton sizes, particular labeling standards, or sustainability-related packaging specs — we accommodate those in the OEM packing brief.
Once your container is loaded and the vessel departs, we send you the bill of lading, booking confirmation, and vessel tracking details. You can track your shipment through the shipping line's online portal using the container number and B/L reference we provide.
We send proactive updates at every key milestone — you're never left waiting to find out where your order stands.
Confirmation that your order has passed quality control and is cleared for loading.
Visual confirmation of your goods loaded and secured in the container before departure.
Departure confirmation with estimated time of departure and estimated time of arrival at your destination port.
Any updates from the shipping line affecting your vessel schedule are passed to you promptly — no surprises at the port.
If you use a freight forwarder, we coordinate directly with them on documentation handoff and booking details. Your forwarder gets the B/L, packing list, and commercial invoice in the format they need.
For CIF shipments, we manage the freight booking and keep you updated on vessel status through to arrival at your destination port. You receive the same milestone updates without needing to manage a separate forwarder relationship.
Clear minimums for production orders, flexible mixed-SKU containers, and a no-friction sample program so you can qualify the product before committing volume.
Standard and custom OEM minimums
Full-size planks, not swatch cards
You can combine multiple SKUs in a single container to test a range of décors in your market without committing full-container volume to each pattern. We palletize by SKU within the container for easy warehouse sorting on your end.
Every order has different logistics — destination port, origin preference, Incoterms, packaging specs, and timeline. Send us your order details and destination, and we'll come back with a complete shipping proposal.
