We Review Your Requirements
Within 24 business hours of receiving your inquiry, our sales engineering team reads through your specs and flags anything that needs clarification. Nothing gets passed to pricing until the requirements are understood.
We Prepare a Detailed Quotation
Pricing per square meter (FOB Changzhou or FOB Rayong, depending on your optimal origin), production lead time, MOQ per SKU, and available décor options. If you've requested OEM/ODM, we include tooling costs and sample timelines.
You Receive the Quote via Email

Standard Collection Quotes

Custom OEM/ODM Quotes
New décor development or special dimensions typically take 2–3 business days because our engineering team specs the production parameters before we price it. We'd rather take an extra day than send you a number we have to revise later.

One thing worth knowing before you submit: we manufacture in both Changzhou, China and Rayong, Thailand. When we quote, we can price from either origin — or both — so you can compare landed costs for your specific import market.
Changzhou, China

Rayong, Thailand
Southeast Asian origin for markets with preferential tariff treatment under regional trade agreements or anti-dumping exposure on Chinese-origin goods.

Both facilities produce to identical quality control standards. The only difference is the origin on the bill of lading — and the landed cost calculation for your destination market.
When Origin Matters for Your Market
If your destination market applies ADD to Chinese-origin SPC or LVT, Thailand origin eliminates that exposure entirely. We quote both so you can run the landed cost math.
Southeast Asian origin qualifies for preferential rates under several regional trade agreements. Depending on your destination, this can meaningfully reduce total landed cost.
Mention your destination country in the RFQ form and we'll run both origin scenarios for you automatically — no need to submit two separate requests.
