Factory-direct supply from the production source. Two facilities, one production standard, 12 million square meters per year.
Elefloor is an SPC flooring manufacturer headquartered in Changzhou, China — the production cluster where most of the world's rigid core vinyl flooring originates. We've been making SPC since 2012, back when the category was still convincing distributors it could replace laminate. Today we operate two production hubs — one in Changzhou, one in Rayong, Thailand — with a combined 22,000 square meters of factory floor and 8 calender lines producing 12 million square meters of SPC flooring per year.
Our business is factory-direct supply to distributors, brand owners, and project contractors across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Oceania, and the Middle East. We do OEM and ODM — you bring your brand, your décor selections, your packaging specs, and we manufacture to your requirements. Or you pick from our existing collections and private-label them. Either way, you're buying from the production source, not a trading company adding a margin layer between you and the factory floor.
260 people work here. About 15 of them are R&D engineers focused on core formulation, click-lock profile optimization, and new surface treatments. The rest run production, QC, logistics, and export operations. We're large enough to handle container-volume orders on schedule and small enough that your account manager actually knows your SKU list.
Bring your brand, décor selections, and packaging specs and we manufacture to your requirements. Or select from our existing collections and private-label them. No trading company margin between you and the production source.
Two production hubs running identical equipment and formulations.
Changzhou, China and Rayong, Thailand — same standard, different duty exposure.
Core formulation, click-lock profile optimization, and new surface treatments.
North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Oceania, and the Middle East.
Continuous measurement during production to meet export tolerance requirements.
Not sampled — every production batch tested before release.
Every board inspected — not skipped when production is running hot.
When your buyers import into markets with anti-dumping duties on Chinese-origin flooring, a second production hub in Southeast Asia changes the landed cost equation entirely. The Rayong plant runs the same equipment, same formulations, same QC protocols — your product is identical regardless of which facility ships it, but your import duty situation can be very different.
From two calender lines serving the domestic Chinese market to dual-continent production for export buyers worldwide — the history of how Elefloor was built.
We started in Changzhou in 2012, running two calender lines and producing standard 4mm click-lock SPC for the domestic Chinese market. The early years were about getting the core formulation right — calcium carbonate ratio, plasticizer balance, dimensional stability under heat.
SPC was a new category then, and the failure modes were still being discovered in the field. We learned from every claim that came back.
By 2016, export orders were outpacing domestic volume. North American and European buyers needed FloorScore certification, REACH compliance, and tighter thickness tolerances than the domestic market demanded.
We rebuilt our QC process around export standards that year — inline thickness monitoring, formaldehyde chamber testing on every batch, 100% visual inspection before packing. That last one sounds obvious, but you'd be surprised how many factories skip it when production is running hot.
The Thailand facility came online to solve a specific problem: tariff exposure. When your buyers are importing into markets with anti-dumping duties on Chinese-origin flooring, a second production hub in Southeast Asia changes the landed cost equation entirely.
The Rayong plant runs the same equipment, same formulations, same QC protocols — your product is identical regardless of which facility ships it, but your import duty situation can be very different.
The Changzhou facility covers 15,000 square meters with 5 calender lines — the bulk of our standard SPC production, running 4mm through 6mm cores. The Thailand facility in Rayong adds 7,000 square meters and 3 calender lines, primarily serving orders destined for markets where Southeast Asian origin provides a tariff advantage.
Runs the bulk of standard SPC production — 4mm through 6mm cores, the bread-and-butter thickness range that accounts for most commercial and residential projects.
Primarily serves orders destined for markets where Southeast Asian origin provides a tariff advantage. Same automated calender and UV coating lines as Changzhou.
The SPC core gets its rigidity and dimensional stability through controlled-temperature extrusion, then calendered to precise thickness. Our tolerance is ±0.1mm across the plank — critical when an installer is clicking together 2,000 square meters on a single job site and can't afford lippage between planks.
After calendering, the décor film and wear layer are hot-pressed onto the core. We run embossed-in-register (EIR) textures — the surface grain aligns with the printed wood pattern underneath, so the plank looks and feels like actual wood grain under your hand. For your business, EIR is a margin feature: it lets you position the product above flat-press competitors and justify a higher retail price point.
The UV coating line applies 6–8 coats of scratch-resistant finish. We cure each coat individually under UV lamps rather than applying them all at once — slower, but it produces a harder, more uniform surface. The result passes standard abrasion tests (EN 660-2, ASTM D4060) at ratings that keep warranty claims off your desk.

8 fully automated lines across both facilities
12,000,000 sqm — enough to supply multiple large distributors simultaneously
EIR textures, crystal surface, deep emboss, hand-scraped
Unilin-type and Valinge-type locking systems, precision-milled on CNC profiling machines
IXPE or EVA pad, pre-attached at the factory — saves your buyer an installation step and reduces on-site labor cost
We hold ISO 9001:2015, CE, SGS, FloorScore, and REACH certifications. But certifications are entry tickets — what actually keeps defective product off your shelves is the inspection process behind them.
Every batch of calcium carbonate, PVC resin, and plasticizer gets tested before it enters the production line. We check calcium carbonate purity, PVC K-value, and plasticizer viscosity. A bad batch of CaCO3 — too much calcite content, wrong particle size — and your core becomes brittle. We reject roughly 3–5% of incoming raw material shipments. It's an annoying cost, but less annoying than a brittleness claim six months after installation.
Thickness gauges run continuously on every calender line, measuring core thickness at multiple points across the plank width. If thickness drifts outside ±0.1mm, the line flags it automatically. We also monitor core density in real time — density variation means the CaCO3-to-PVC ratio has shifted, which affects both rigidity and click-lock engagement strength.
Every plank passes through a visual inspection station before packing. Inspectors check for surface defects (scratches, bubbles, color inconsistency), edge quality (chipping, rough cuts), and click-lock fit. We pull samples from every production run for lab testing — dimensional stability (EN 434), residual indentation (EN 433), and locking strength.
Before containers are loaded, we run a final AQL inspection per ISO 2859-1. Carton drop tests, pallet stacking tests, and random plank pulls for click-lock engagement testing. SGS or Bureau Veritas third-party inspection is available on request — many of our North American buyers require it, and we're set up to accommodate their inspectors on short notice.
FloorScore certification means our SPC flooring meets SCS Global Services' indoor air quality standards — VOC emissions below the thresholds set by CDPH Section 01350. This matters for your commercial project bids where LEED credits or Green Building compliance are part of the specification.

VOC emissions tested and verified below CDPH Section 01350 thresholds. Applicable to commercial project specifications requiring LEED credits or Green Building compliance documentation.
We source PVC resin and calcium carbonate from approved suppliers with consistent quality records — dual-sourcing on both materials so a supply disruption at one mill doesn't shut down your order.
SPC manufacturing is inherently lower-waste than many flooring categories. The calender process generates edge trim and startup scrap — we regrind 100% of that back into the production stream.
Off-spec planks that fail QC get ground down and reprocessed into core material rather than going to landfill. Our Changzhou facility recycles approximately 95% of production waste by weight.
Worker safety follows standard Chinese manufacturing regulations plus the additional protocols required for our ISO certification.
Our R&D team of 15+ engineers handles three things that directly affect your product: core formulation, click-lock profile design, and custom décor development.
Core formulation is where SPC performance starts. The ratio of calcium carbonate to PVC resin determines rigidity, weight, and dimensional stability. We've developed formulations optimized for different use cases.
When you tell us your target market, we recommend the formulation that balances performance against your landed cost.
We mill profiles in-house on CNC machines rather than outsourcing to a third-party profiling shop. This means we can adjust locking geometry for your specific requirements.
The difference sounds minor, but it directly affects your return rate on click-lock failure claims.
For OEM/ODM projects, the engineering team manages custom décor film selection from our library of 200+ patterns, develops new EIR texture plates to match specific wood species, and designs private-label packaging.
Most SPC manufacturers send click-lock profiling to a third-party shop. We don't. Milling in-house on our own CNC machines means the engineering team can iterate on locking geometry without waiting on an outside vendor — and without exposing your profile spec to a shared facility.
Sample lead time is within 7 days from design confirmation for OEM/ODM projects. That covers décor film selection from our 200+ pattern library, new EIR texture plate development for specific wood species, and private-label packaging design.

We export to North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Oceania, and the Middle East — each region with its own compliance requirements, packaging preferences, and logistics patterns. We know the difference between what a U.S. distributor needs and what a European importer requires.
Retail-ready cartons with UPC barcodes, pallet-stacked for direct warehouse receiving. Configured for big-box retail distribution center requirements.
Different carton dimensions for European racking systems, plus multilingual care instructions. Carton sizing matches what European importers' warehouse racking actually accommodates.
Extra moisture barrier wrapping for port storage in humid climates. We started doing this after a buyer in Dubai reported edge swelling on cartons that sat in a non-climate-controlled warehouse for three weeks.
The dual-factory setup gives you logistics flexibility beyond tariff optimization. Your order routes through whichever facility gives you the best combination of production availability and shipping cost.
Closer to Oceania and Southeast Asian ports — shorter transit times, lower freight rates for those destinations.
Serves North America and Europe more efficiently through Shanghai port — established shipping lanes with reliable transit times to both regions.
